Overview

You can use QuickBilling with Claude today. Claude Desktop connects through the QuickBilling MCP server, which is live. A dedicated QuickBilling connector for Claude is planned and is not available yet.

Works today in Claude Desktop

Add the QuickBilling MCP server to Claude Desktop and ask Claude to work with your invoices, expenses and customers.

Add https://mcp.quickbilling.io/mcp as a custom remote MCP server in Claude Desktop (Claude Desktop calls these custom connectors).
Sign in with your QuickBilling account when Claude Desktop asks you to authorise the connection.
Ask for something, for example “Which invoices are overdue?”.

What is planned

A QuickBilling connector for Claude is planned. We have no date to share, and plan availability will be announced.

Until then, the MCP server is the way to use QuickBilling with Claude.

Does Claude work with QuickBilling today?

Yes, through the MCP server. Add it to Claude Desktop as a custom remote server, sign in with your QuickBilling account, and Claude can create invoices, log expenses and pull reports.

Is there a QuickBilling connector for Claude?

It is planned and coming soon, but it is not available yet. QuickBilling is not listed in any Claude directory.

Do I need an API key?

No. The MCP server signs you in with your QuickBilling account. API keys are for the REST API and are part of the Unlimited plan.

Is QuickBilling affiliated with Anthropic?

No. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, and QuickBilling is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

How is my data handled?
