Prices are in US dollars. Yearly billing is already cheaper than twelve monthly payments, and the student discount comes off the yearly price. It is applied automatically at checkout once your school email is confirmed.

- Use the address your school or university gave you. Addresses ending in .edu or .ac.uk qualify, and so do the matching academic domains of many other countries.
- German, French and Spanish universities
- We also keep a list of university domains that do not follow the .edu or .ac pattern, including universities in Germany, France and Spain.
- Subdomains count
- Faculty and student-mail subdomains of a recognised domain are recognised too, so a department address works as well as the main one.
- One school email, one account
- Each school email address can unlock student pricing for one QuickBilling account.

Who can get the QuickBilling student discount?
Anyone with a school or university email address that we recognise: addresses ending in .edu or .ac.uk, other academic domains, and a list of university domains that includes universities in Germany, France and Spain. You confirm the address once, with a link we email you.
What if my school email is not recognised?
Contact us with your school's email domain and we will check it. Use the form on the contact page or write to info@quickbilling.io.
How does the verification work?
After you sign up or sign in, you enter your school email in the student step and we send you a link. Open it on any device within 60 minutes and student pricing is unlocked. There is nothing to upload and no student ID to scan.
How long does student pricing last?
Your verification is valid for 12 months and covers any new checkout in that time. A subscription you start while verified keeps its student price on every renewal for as long as it stays active.
I already pay for Premium or Unlimited. Can I get the student price?
Yes. Confirm your school email in the app and the discount is applied from your next invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time and keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Student pricing does not change that.
Does student pricing change the Free plan?
No. The Free plan stays free and needs no card. Student pricing applies to Premium and Unlimited.
Can I use one school email for two accounts?
No. A school email address can unlock student pricing for one QuickBilling account.
Which plan should I pick as a student?
Premium suits most students with freelance clients: unlimited customers, your own branding and detailed link tracking, at $7.50 a month. Choose Unlimited ($24 a month) if you want a Personal space next to a freelance space, or REST API keys.
